The Anatomy-Of-Selling – “Start Here, Go Anywhere- Plotting Your Career & Life Success in Professional Selling”

Recepta - Recepta is a job placement support program for planting trained sales people into real work environments where they practice the skills they have gained from the High Trust Sales Academy (HTSA). HTSA graduates enjoy the opportunity of building their experience base while employees have access to well trained skills they can deploy for their business requirements. Graduates of the High Trust Sales Academy will be placed into work environments of companies that have signed-up for the Recepta program.

Mentoring & Coaching Support - Under this, experienced sales professionals are paired with those needing further development to run a certified coaching program aimed at building core sales competencies within 3-6 months. Candidates for this aspect must be working and fully engaged and not part of the Recepta program. Each mentee gets about 3 hours of quality mentoring time quarterly, after going through a selection process and meeting the minimum requirements set by the program managers.

Skills-based volunteering Program: Recepta, the placement service of the Anatomy-of-Selling program is powered by volunteer mentors assigned to mentees, and supported by skill-building programs that plug the gaps identified through the mentoring sessions. Volunteer mentors are screened, then trained on mentoring and coaching, tested and certified before being assigned mentees.

Corporate-Academia Partnerships - This project seeks to partner with the academic community to ensure that sales specific content is integrated into the curricular of undergraduate as well as post-graduate studies, especially in business and the social sciences. The project will endow chairs and encourage research on professional selling in major universities around the country in this regard. The plan includes supporting university libraries with books, academic journals and research materials.
