The Anatomy-of-Selling is a private sector initiative promoted by Profiliant and supported by sponsors from diverse industry sectors.
Succeeding in sales is not as simple as making this month’s quota or even overachieving it. It starts with asking and answering the fundamental questions every successful sales professional has asked before- “should I be in the sales profession in the first place?” and “Do I have what it takes to succeed in professional selling?”
The Anatomy-Of-Selling program is aimed at guiding practicing and aspiring sales professionals to gain the insights and guidance necessary to be successful in a Professional Selling career.
Professional Selling has a well advanced body of knowledge with strong research and academic foundations, supported by a network of practitioner resources available for those who have been long in the profession and seeking better career prospects, or even those who are new or considering selling as a lifetime profession.
The program seeks to address the needs of these individuals and provide free guidance on academic routes, career options, initiatives for gaining experience, and other available support systems for further study or development.
The program taps volunteers from the private sector who donate their time and skills to be used in grooming and developing others.
Component programs of the Anatomy of Selling project include career counseling, coaching & mentoring, prefered placement support, amongst others.
